Job Description
MicroStrategy is seeking a Strategy Customer Success Manager to own the full end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. The role focuses on maximizing customer value and ROI through strategic consulting and operational leadership. It involves leading large-scale initiatives related to cloud migration, data modernization, AI, and data strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Advisory roles with enterprise SaaS preferred (requires variance by level)
  • Strong consulting skills linking customer goals to measurable outcomes
  • Proven success managing large ARR portfolios with high NRR and retention
  • Experience with cloud-native services, cloud migration, and defining customer AI and data strategies
