Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized customer assistance, resolving customer issues, and managing customer bookings and subscriptions. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Requirements

  • 2 years minimum customer service experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Quick problem solving and troubleshooting techniques
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or a similar CRM system is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Open availability to meet business needs which include nights, weekends and some holidays
