Role OverviewAs a Customer Success Specialist at Omni CleanAir, you will play a crucial role in ensuring satisfaction and success of our customers and authorized resellers by supporting our multi-channel go-to-market including our e-commerce online store. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and delivering outstanding support to enhance the overall customer experience.
What You Will Do
Develop detailed understanding of the Omni CleanAir portfolio of products to effectively educate and guide customers. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and answering customer queries.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Optimistic, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com, Zoho CRM or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales, customer success, account management or similar position.
