Role Overview

The Customer Success Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic engagement, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights. This role manages a high volume of accounts, contributing to scalable retention and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Conduct territory visits 3–4 times per week, meet with drivers at the hub, support sales lead generation, and analyze customer trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive customer success.
