Job Description
Forbes Advisor is seeking a full-time Customer Support Agent to join their growing insurance vertical. The role involves managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support, identifying customer needs, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The position offers a remote work environment with 9-6 PM EST hours.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and industry best practices.
