Job Description
Customer Support Analyst provides basic to moderately complex IT customer support work, including remote desktop support, network administration, and troubleshooting. Performs first- and second-level technical assistance to users and other IT technicians.
Requirements
Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (O365) issues
Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems
Active Directory (AD) account management
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Experienced using remote tools and admin access
Knowledge of information technology hardware, software, and peripherals
Familiarity with desktop operating systems, user applications, and system integration
Skilled in software and hardware installation, testing, and deployment
Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and software packages
