Job Description
Customer Support Analyst provides basic to moderately complex IT customer support work, including remote desktop support, network administration, and troubleshooting. Performs first- and second-level technical assistance to users and other IT technicians.

Requirements

  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (O365) issues
  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Active Directory (AD) account management
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Experienced using remote tools and admin access
  • Knowledge of information technology hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Familiarity with desktop operating systems, user applications, and system integration
  • Skilled in software and hardware installation, testing, and deployment
  • Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and software packages
