Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our Help Desk operations in Costa Mesa, CA. The successful candidate will provide world-class account level and technical support to Anduril's customers and hardware/software products.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Extremely detail oriented with excellent customer service
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
