What You Will Do
Speak with customers via phone, chat, and email identifying the customer's needs and how our products and services best serve those needs. Handle customer interactions in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an excellent customer service experience. Process customer orders efficiently while providing relevant upsell/cross sell options for the customer.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and sales
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
- Active listening skills
- Experience in de-escalation techniques
- A proactive and self-motivated track record along with a passion for learning and applying new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in Spanish, a plus
