We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to partner with a rapidly growing sales and service center. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of B2B customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of B2B customer service, inside sales, or order management experience
  • Strong ERP/CRM skills—experience with SAP highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, diplomatic approach to handling customer concerns
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
