Job Description
Carter Machinery Company is hiring a Customer Support Representative to sell and support heavy equipment products to customers in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. The representative will work with sales team members to develop and deliver solutions to customers.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as Salesforce.
Must have excellent driving record.
Ability to travel and work hours required by job and customer demand.
