As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide world-class support to Fieldguide customers and work closely with firms to ensure their ongoing success with Fieldguide.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer support experience, ideally gained within an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and see them through to completion
  • Experience with integration of merge tags in Microsoft Office applications (nice to have)
