Job Description
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support their Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals. The successful candidate will provide customer service, answer phones, and perform administrative duties such as data entry and mail processing.

Requirements

  • 1 year training or 1 year experience in secretarial science or business office applications
  • Equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
