Customer Support Specialist (CSS) position at Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) supporting Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals, providing administrative support, customer service, and data entry.

Requirements

  • 1 year training or 1 year experience in secretarial science or business office applications
  • OR equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and utilize office technology and tools
