Job Description
Customer Support Specialist (CSS) Position Overview: Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join their team as a Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will support Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals, provide excellent customer service, and perform various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • 1 year training or 1 year experience in secretarial science or business office applications.
  • OR equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above.
