Job Description
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determinations, and independence. The Customer Support Specialist position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals, including answering phones, greeting customers, and handling general administrative duties.
Requirements
1 year training or 1 year experience in secretarial science or business office applications
OR equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
