Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals, including answering phones, greeting customers, and handling general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • 1 year training or 1 year experience in secretarial science or business office applications
  • OR equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
