Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service role
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capable of completing tasks within appropriate turnaround times
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
