Job Description
Customer Support Specialist role responsible for monitoring assigned customer accounts, reconciling and processing customer programs, and providing program support. FoodHandler is a leading provider of food safety solutions supporting foodservice and food processing customers across North America.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree, preferred
2–5 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, Collections, Customer Service, or Sales
Analytical ability to learn new systems quickly
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
