Job Description
Lead day-to-day U.S. customs brokerage operations for a lean team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time filings with specialized oversight for FDA-regulated entries, FTZ transactions, and AD/CVD-sensitive imports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in U.S. customs brokerage operations
  • Demonstrated experience with FDA, FTZ, and AD/CVD
  • Strong working knowledge of ACE/ABI, entry documentation, and compliance workflows
  • Proven ability to lead in a small-team, high-accountability environment
  • Strong written communication and escalation management skills
  • Preferred: Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or equivalent senior brokerage experience / close partnership with qualifying broker
