Role OverviewAs a Customs Specialist, you will optimize logistics to keep global supply chains running smoothly. You will communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and other departments to obtain necessary information to coordinate ISF and Customs Clearance and deliver shipments. Your expertise will make both special and ordinary moments possible for people around the world.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include accurately classifying merchandise using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), thoroughly reviewing and inputting shipment data into customs brokerage systems, preparing necessary documentation, monitoring entry status, and proactively communicating with clients regarding shipment status.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 2+ years' experience in Customs Clearance and Customer service role
- Working knowledge of Cargo Wise
- Knowledge of domestic and international geography
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Laws
- Basic knowledge of INCO terms, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Customs regulations, and other government agency requirements
