Job Description
As an operator on the Cut-to-Length line, you must be attentive and detailed, observing machine operation and ensuring material is being processed according to quality and customer standards.

Requirements

  • Review job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
  • Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects
  • Troubleshoot equipment and assist maintenance in minor repairs or as needed
  • Load, transport, unload and stack materials in accordance with established procedures
  • Measure work pieces dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation
