Job Description
Operate CVH and related equipment to process Whey product efficiently, take log readings, and troubleshoot problems with equipment. Promote strong Food Safety, Quality, Sustainability, and Housekeeping practices.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate (or learn to operate) all CVH processing equipment as assigned
  • Accurate in taking samples, performing tests and documentation
  • Ability to read and write instructions in English
  • Computer experience helpful
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Knowledge of USDA, FDA, SQF and customer requirements for a food manufacturing plant
  • Knowledge of Sustainability and EPA requirements for a manufacturing plant
  • Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment
  • Excellent record required in safety, attendance, and punctuality
  • Ability to stand and walk the entire shift if needed
  • Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals
