Job Description
Overwatch is a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business offering construction professional services, talent acquisition, and general contractor services. We're seeking a Commissioning Owner’s Representative (CxOR) to lead quality and commissioning efforts for data center projects.

Requirements

  • Serve as the bridge between the team (DCS/DCOps) and the General Contractor (GC)
  • Manage the 'Change Control' process for any site-specific test plan deviations
  • Perform regular audits of the BIM instance and technical settings (relays, VFDs, etc.)
  • Issue & Defect Management, Lead weekly defect meetings; prioritize and audit P0/P1/P2 issues
  • Schedule & Reporting, Integrate commissioning activities into the GC’s master schedule (P6)
  • Vendor & Resource Coordination, Monitor the Commissioning Agent (CxA) resource plan to ensure proper staffing
  • Meetings & Coordination, Lead or attend various meetings including daily startup, commissioning, and OAC meetings
