Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare technical support, IT, or clinical tech environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to guide users through step-by-step technical fixes
  • Experience with Windows 10, Google Suite, and basic networking infrastructure
  • Familiarity with healthcare or dental practice workflows
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
