Role OverviewWork with Business teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for the NICE CXOne platform implementation. Collaborate with architecture, telephony, and external application teams to identify and define integration requirements. Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify new capabilities beyond the existing contact center platform.
What You Will Do
Gather and analyze requirements, work with development and testing teams to ensure successful validation of implemented functionality, and ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture principles.
