Role OverviewThe Cyber Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master will lead complex cybersecurity, infrastructure, and mission-support programs within a high-security environment. This role oversees multi-disciplinary technical teams, manages full project lifecycles, drives Agile delivery, and ensures alignment with federal cybersecurity frameworks, Intelligence Community (IC) directives, and organizational strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of cyber, cloud, and security modernization projects, developing project charters, integrated master schedules, resource plans, and performance metrics, managing cost, schedule, and performance for multiple high-visibility technical programs, and ensuring compliance with DoD, NIST, and IC cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mission outcomes

- Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
