Role Overview

Serve as the primary briefer for Global Threat Analysis (GTA), responsible for developing and delivering high-quality cyber-related geopolitical threat briefings that support operational awareness and decision-making across the Department.

What You Will Do

Provide expert analysis and consistent briefing support to GTA stakeholders, prepare and present tailored cyber-geopolitical threat briefings for diverse audiences, and conduct research using classified systems and incorporate open-source cyber and geopolitical intelligence to inform assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; 7 years with a Masters; 4 years with a PhD.
  • Possess and maintain, or be able to obtain before start date, the following professional certification: CASP+ CE; CCNA Cyber Ops; CCNA-Security; CCNP Security; CEH; CFR; CISA; CISSP (or Associate); Cloud+; CySA+; GCED; GCIA; GCIH; GICSP; SCYBER; VCA DCV; PPDA; Agile IC; SNOW App Dev
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a final Top Secret/SCI clearance

Benefits

  • Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000
  • Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
