Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive L1/L2 Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day security support, monitor and manage critical security technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our organization’s digital assets.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day cybersecurity support to the organization, monitor and manage security tools and technology, work with MSSP/SIEM for incident management and escalations, support network and perimeter security, endpoint security, data loss prevention, cloud security, and identity and access management.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in an Information Security support role, including 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity operations experience, and possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with clear technical communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of total experience in an Information Security support role including 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical work experience)
- CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, CISSP or equivalent security certifications (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with clear technical communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset
