Role OverviewThe Cybersecurity Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of cybersecurity programs that span multiple stakeholders, technologies, and business functions. This role serves as the primary interface between leadership, cybersecurity teams, system owners, program offices, and external partners to ensure strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day management of cybersecurity and information security programs, develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and performance metrics, and coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership organizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of professional experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity initiatives, technology modernization efforts, or enterprise transformation activities.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing executive communications, reports, and briefings.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or compliance concepts.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
