Cybersecurity Project Manager

This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects across the enterprise and connected products domains. Success in this role looks like predictable delivery of the security roadmap, clear and candid status reporting to security leadership and executive stakeholders, and strong working relationships across Information Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, including initiation, scope, business case, schedule, budget, resourcing, dependencies, and closure; maintain integrated project plans and contribute to the security portfolio roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in cybersecurity or information security
• Project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Working knowledge of core cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint and network security, security operations, and risk management
• Proficiency with project and work management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical security topics to non-technical and executive audiences
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities
