Role OverviewThe YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is seeking a dynamic, health-focused individual to lead fun and effective Group Fitness classes. The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for delivering adult fitness classes focusing on excellent customer service, safety, positive participant experience, and promoting wellness and engagement.
What You Will Do
The Group Exercise Instructor will safely lead energizing, fun, effective, and educational group classes, answer questions from members, and promote YMCA programs and events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old, with previous experience leading/instructing fitness classes preferred. Ability to teach more than one format is preferred – cross training provided for most formats.
