Job Description
River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide clinical and related services to clients at our Macon, GA location. The successful candidate will assist in diagnosing and creating treatment plans, perform commitment evaluations, and coordinate discharge planning. This is a 36-hour per week position with 3-12 hour shifts between Sunday-Saturday and every other weekend.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in one of the following: LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • Master’s degree in a social services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services) or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) year post-master’s experience providing mental health and/or substance abuse services.
  • At least one (1) year of case management experience, preferably in community-based settings and/or within the criminal justice system.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the chronically mentally ill population.
