Job Description
River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver engaging, effective learning and communication initiatives that support team members and leaders across our footprint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of training experience.
  • Familiarity with Crisis Services and IDD support needs.
  • Four (4) years of experience in healthcare documentation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Certifications in Safety Care, First Aid/CPR, and Positive Behavior Supports (preferred)
