Job Description
D365 FIELD SERVICE CONSULTANT + SAP INTEGRATION. Provide technical support, issue resolution, and system maintenance for Dynamics 365 Field Service systems. Engage with U.S. clients, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and customize and enhance the user interface and functionality of Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in supporting and administering Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, including customization, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Hands-on experience with PowerApps for app development and automation
  • Desirable understanding of SAP for integration and support
  • Effective communication with U.S. clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in the Pacific and Central Time Zones is an advantage
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service certifications are preferred
  • Strong documentation skills to maintain records of support activities
  • Proactive mindset to address issues and contribute to system improvements
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams
