Role OverviewThe Patient Care Associate works under the direction of the Registered Nurse, collecting patient data, providing personal care, and assisting with patient needs. The role promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment of care. The PCA is responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care and ensuring competent, compassionate care is provided to customers.
What You Will Do
Collect patient data, provide personal care, assist with patient needs, maintain a clean and safe environment, and participate in care planning and nursing report process.

This role is ideal for college students who can commit to working one 12-hour night shift per week all year round. The PCA must be able to work Friday or Saturday night shifts and one winter and one summer holiday per year.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a college or university RN program
- Experience as a paramedic, emergency technician (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (Medium proficiency)
