Role OverviewThe Dairy/Lead Clerk is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Grocery Clerks to provide prompt and courteous service to customers. They must also maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to company policies, and maximize department and store sales and profits.

Responsibilities include organizing work, training and scheduling associates, responding to customer comments, using Computer Assisted Ordering, performing and directing others in pricing and displaying merchandise, and implementing company programs.
