Job Description
HDR is looking for an experienced practitioner in Dams, Levees, and Civil Works (DLCW) to join our thriving team in the Northwest area. This is an opportunity to join an established local and regional team. This role leads and manages HDR’s Idaho-based team associated with dams, levees, floodplain management, and civil design. Responsibilities include managing staff and staff workload, business class technical development, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and winning project opportunities, and delivering successful projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • 10 years of experience
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
