Job Description
HDR is seeking an experienced practitioner in Dams, Levees, and Civil Works to join their team in the Northwest area. The successful candidate will lead and manage the team, develop client relationships, and deliver successful projects. The role offers opportunities for travel and collaboration with professionals across HDR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • 10 years of experience
  • Professional Engineer in Idaho State or ability to obtain Idaho PE license within 6 months
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse project team; and travel as required for project or other business assignments
  • Ability to function as an active team player in a diverse multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience with supervising staff and an interest in client and business development
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
