Job Description
Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a passionate Club Leader to ensure a fun and positive learning environment for club participants, 20 children. This on-site position involves promoting inclusivity, engagement, and a safe and supportive atmosphere. The role offers growth opportunities and a chance to impact the lives of youth in the LA area, specifically serving Title I schools and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED (AA Degree in Child Development or related field preferred)
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn.
  • Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification
  • Must successfully pass an assessment test evaluating skills in math, reading comprehension, and spelling
