Requirements

  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff
  • Prepare, cook, and execute recipes accurately

  • Regularly inspect all food stations
  • Supervise kitchen employees during shifts
  • Assist in covering vacancies within line-level culinary positions
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and twist for extended periods
  • Ability to work with hot equipment, sharp tools, and kitchen chemicals safely
  • Ability to work in a smoking environment
  • Ability to work in high-heat areas for extended periods
  • Assist with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, prep lists, and par levels
