Role OverviewThe Project Manager “PM” owns the full lifecycle execution of assigned wireless infrastructure projects — from Pre- Construction through Closeout. As the designated Project Owner, the PM is the single point of accountability for communication, quality, safety, schedule, and finance on every assigned job.

The PM will drive projects toward an ideal outcome: an elated customer satisfied with communication, delivery, and coverage, zero safety incidents, high quality installation, delivery ahead of the schedule, in-line with quoted profit, clean change order management, and a tech team that comes out of the project stronger than before.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience with strong technical background, preferably in telecommunications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in customer-facing project management
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and/or wireless project management
- Proven ability to manage project finances, including budget tracking, billing, and change order management
- Ability to interpret and create project schedules in MS Projects and other tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail on any of them
- Strong computer skills: Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and in team environments with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region
