Job Description
DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work at least one shift every four weeks for a minimum of four hours each shift. The role requires reliability, positive attitude, and team-oriented skills. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas. You will be expected to work a variable schedule based on business needs, with the opportunity to pick up open shifts through our scheduling app.

Requirements

  • Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Food Handler's Certification upon hire
