Data Access Governance Analyst

Support enterprise data governance initiatives by identifying data ownership, improving access controls, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. This role partners with business stakeholders, engineers, and project teams to analyze data access requirements, optimize folder structures, and implement governance processes.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive reviews of data management solutions, gather and analyze data access requirements, support engineering teams in restructuring folder hierarchies, and monitor data access controls to ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting data governance, data management, business analysis, or access governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT policies, security principles, and data access management.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and technical issues.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical personnel.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
