Job Description
The Data Acquisition Program Officer plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the State Registrar in all aspects of the State’s Vital Record System. The role entails offering expert advice on data acquisition, overseeing the accurate and prompt processing of crucial records, and upholding compliance with federal and state laws.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to vital records management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others, including public, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Meet minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human service, business, or related field.
  • Three years of experience in the agency program or related program.
