Role OverviewThe Data & AI Analyst supports the IT department in achieving departmental goals and objectives by building upon their IT data, analytics, and AI experience to expand their technical and business knowledge. The incumbent works closely with the Data and Analytics leadership team to develop effective data pipelines, analytics platforms, and AI-assisted solutions enabling business insights and operational efficiency across the organization.
What You Will Do
Develops AI-enabled applications to automate business workflows and improve decision making, builds custom applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and enterprise data sources, and prototypes and deploys internal AI tools and intelligent assistants.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in SQL, Python/PySpark, and data modeling
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models
- Understanding of building and maintaining data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services
- Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL concepts
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
