Data Analyst - Construction

Requirements

• Strong and proven capability using excel to analyze large data sets
• Experience with Power BI and other modeling software platforms
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Power BI
• Works well in a team environment and independently, gives and receives clear expectations well
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
• Expertise in using professional data analysis and visualization tools, along with proficiency in programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with construction management software and systems
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
• Certification in data analysis or related fields
