Job Description
Milliman is seeking a Data Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and seamless migration of data throughout the company's business transformation program. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role, preferably supporting large-scale system implementations or migrations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role
Previous experience with data analysis, data profiling, data mapping, and ETL processes
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and working with relational databases
Previous experience with data migration and data integration tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
