Job Description
This data analyst role within the Human Resources department is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting employee data to support decision-making. The analyst will create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate HR trends and assist with data-driven initiatives. They'll also be responsible for regulatory compliance reporting and database audits.

Requirements

  • Create, run, modify, and produce accurate standard/ad-hoc queries and reports to support HR business needs.
  • Analyze and understand HR data to provide clarity to the HR team.
  • Create dashboards, meaningful graphic visualizations, general and executive-level presentations, and effective reports.
  • Extract HR data and submit regulatory compliance reports.
  • Perform regular audits of HR databases.
  • Maintain current knowledge on data and analytic trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
