Role Overview

This position is responsible for processing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and optimize the performance of our supply chain operations. The Data Analyst will utilize data visualization tools and statistical software to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will organize data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, create and present regular reports on key performance indicators, and develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business Administration, or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant professional experience in the following area(s): Information system environment, end user support, system design & development, database design, development & administration, can include project management experience
  • Availability to resolve critical IT related problems or to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with team members, internal and external customers, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly, possess excellent organizational skills and capable to accept change.
  • Work independently and make decisions that require initiative and judgement in order to effectively execute various work assignments.
  • Ability to create and generate custom queries and reports based on business needs.
  • Ability to guide analysis and discussion of issues to resolve conflicts and drive collaboration across the organization.
  • Ability to support phase in service parts for past and current products, have a working knowledge of relational databases and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook applications.
  • Excellent research, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of PC and network based system software such as Windows XP, Microsoft Office including MS Access, MS Project.
  • Project planning and project management skills.
