Role OverviewAs a Data Analyst at Peregrine Advisors, you will work on complex, real-world problems, turning federal agency data into evidence. You will frame analytical questions, build analyses and models, and design evaluations to provide evidence for a regulated environment. The work is hard, but it matters, and you will have the opportunity to adapt and learn new concepts, systems, and tools.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building models that earn their place, creating evaluation evidence, and drawing analytical features and datasets from large, messy corpora. You will also use AI-assisted analysis as standard practice and work on new capabilities, tools, and lines of business.

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust determination
- 3+ years of applied data science or statistical modeling experience
- Strong working command of Python and SQL
- Working knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and model validation
- Familiarity with cloud-based data and analytics services on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
