Role OverviewThe Office of Research & Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst who will design and conduct research of policy-relevant housing issues for OHFA, work with the Office of Multifamily Housing on the Qualified Allocation Plan, and use R Studio, Tableau, Stata, ArcGIS, and Python to analyze data and prepare statistical and narrative reports. The Data Analyst will work from OHFA's offices in Columbus, OH, and will be part of the team that supports OHFA's mission to provide affordable housing opportunities for Ohioans. The Office of Research & Analytics utilizes strategic planning, policy research, program evaluation, and data analysis to support OHFA's program offices and drive the Agency's mission.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, City and Regional Planning, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related field
- 2 classes or 6 months' work experience with at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, R, State, SAS, ESRI ArcGIS
- 2 classes or 6 months' work experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
